MICHAEL MCDONALD - NEW TV COMEDY, "NOBODIES" AIRING WEDNESDAY NIGHTS AT 10PM ET/PACIFIC ON TV LAND
Actor-writer-director-comedian Michael McDonald (MADtv, Scrubs) talks about his work as show runner, director and occasional guest on the new TV comedy, "Nobodies." Airing Wednesday nights at 10pm ET/Pacific on TV Land, the new series has already been renewed for a second season.
With Melissa McCarthy and Ben Falcone as executive producers "Nobodies" offers a quirky, insiders look at a trio of Groundlings alums (Hugh Davidson, Larry Dorf, Rachel Ramras) who, after watching all their friends find success in Hollywood, write a feature film script and without Melissa McCarthy's permission, ineptly and amusingly pitch her and the script to the studios with unexpected twists and turns.
