Joey Gottesman - Master Mixologist  Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa
Joey Gottesman from The Royal Hawaiian's famous Mai Tai Bar in Waikiki. The Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa has also recently opened the signature Mai Tai Bar too. Recently Joey collaborated with one of our award-winning chefs in Hawaii to concoct the "Smokin' Mai Tai" that went on to win first place in the "World's Best Mai Tai" contest last year. Joey will speak about the history of this famous (and mostly misunderstood cocktail). Starwood's 11 hotels and resorts are located on the islands of Maui, Oahu, Kauai, and the Big Island, representing the internationally recognized Sheraton, Westin, St. Regis and Luxury Collection hospitality brands. They really do offer something for everyone - for foodies, for families, for romantic escapes, for golfers, for those that seek health and wellness and more.

Attorney Gloria Allred - Lawyers.Com
Gloria Allred is the most famous female attorney practicing law in the nation today, a tireless and successful advocate whose high-profile legal battles on behalf of victims whose rights have been violated have led to many landmark precedent-setting court decisions. Gloria has been voted by her peers as one of the best lawyers in America, and described by Time magazine as "one of the nation's most effective advocates of family rights and feminist causes." Gloria is a founding partner of Allred, Maroko & Goldberg, one of the pre-eminent plaintiff civil law firms in the country, which has won national prominence through many precedent-setting cases. Gloria Allred says that the absence or ambiguity of a will can create a host of problems for your family and your children, like in the cases of Michael Jackson's ongoing estate battle with his father, Marlon Brando's allegedly forged signature on his will, and Britney Murphy's will leaving out her husband since it was executed before her marriage. Allred has worked for at least two alleged Tiger Woods mistresses, including Rachel Uchitel and porn star Joslyn James. She said today that Woods needs "lying rehab" and "betrayal rehab" in addition to sex addiction therapy.James, who claims she was twice impregnated by the golf superstar, demanded an apology from Woods.
Amy Scherber -  "Amy's Bread"
If you're not able to walk into one of our stores to tempt yourself with the sight and smell of our broad array of breads, sweets, and sandwiches, at least you can learn more about what we do at Amy's Bread--And plan for your next visit. I launched Amy's Bread in June of 1992, 17 years ago. It all began in a small storefront on Ninth Avenue in New York City, in a neighborhood known as Hell's Kitchen. At first there were 5 employees, a few wholesale customers, and a small retail store. Now the bakery has over 150 employees, over 200 wholesale deliveries daily, and three retail stores including our location in the vibrant Chelsea Market, where we bake most of our breads, and our store in The Village where we're open late to satisfy your craving for cakes and sweets. Find out more about our new sweets cookbook, The Sweeter Side of Amy's Bread.  We even have a bread cookbook to help you recreate some of our breads at home, which will be revised and re-released in February of 2010. We're proud to use the best ingredients we can buy: unbleached, unbromated flours, organic whole grains and seeds, imported olives, fresh herbs, and fresh butter in our sweets. Our breads are made with care using traditional European methods. We're very proud of our work and hope you enjoy the products of our labor: GOOD BREAD!
