 For the past 15 years, the San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition has been the barometer of how consumers select and measure wine. The San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition (SFCWC) is the largest competition of American wines in the World and broke records again last year with an astonishing 5,800 entries. Submissions came pouring in from boutique wineries and large scale producers spanning 25 different states.

Year after year, wineries return with more entries because they see the intrinsic value that a "San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition Award Winner" title can bring, including increased sales and brand recognition.

Emeril Lagasse is a world famous chef, restaurant owner, author, and television star. Considered one of the most recognizable names in the history of the culinary industry, he dazzles audiences with his delicious dishes and has made famous the catchphrases “bam!” and “kick it up a notch!” He opened his first restaurant in 1990 in New Orleans and to date owns 14 restaurants around the country. Earlier this year Lagasse released his 18th cookbook. He hosts various shows and specials on Food Network and The Cooking Channel, and is the menu master on the TNT reality competition program On The Menu. Emeril lives in New York with his wife Alden, and two children, Emeril, Jr. and Meril.
