Along the way, the Baron finds himself tangled in stories of mystery, comedy and intrigue.  Prior to becoming the Culinary Ambassador to the Bronx, Baron wrote and directed two independently produced feature films.  He set off to Vietnam to document the world’s rarest food condiment Cà Cuống - a rare fragrant exudate extracted from giant water bugs.  Upon his findings, Baron designed a new genre that would allow him to quench his thirst for culinary knowledge while utilizing his cinematic imagination. Baron first appeared in his culinary Podcast entitled Underbelly, which featured adventures that were set in real restaurants, markets, and chef’s homes. After becoming the #1 food Podcast on iTunes, Baron launched Bronx Flavor on BronxNet Television, for which he recently won a New York Emmy Award in the category of Best On-Camera Talent: Performer/Narrator.  Baron was also awarded the title of ‘Culinary Ambassador to the Bronx’ by the borough president.

Food Network Chef & TV Host Jim O'Connor is best known for bringing fun and creativity to the foods we enjoy. As a Food Network host, O'Conner has discovered the flavors of America at events such as the Hope Watermelon Festival, the National Hard Crab Derby Competition and the Chuckwagon Cookoff. And now, this world famous "foodie" is available share some of his vast "picnicking" experience with your viewers.   He will do a live demonstration from his favorite backyard paradise as part a unique and tasty interview.
