As the summer season quickly approaches, cooks across the country crave lighter, healthier meal options. Celebrity Chef Tyler Florence will show, tell and demonstrate his latest tips for summer fresh meals – from choosing seasonal ingredients to assembling the meal and adding the perfect finishing touch.  Tyler Florence is a celebrity chef and star of Tyler's Ultimate on the Food Network. He has also appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Today Show and The View. Florence serves on the board of the national nonprofit Afterschool Alliance, an organization that works to promote and to support quality after school programs. In 2008 Florence was named the Dean of Culinary Education at COPIA: The American Center for Wine, Food and the Arts.

Premieres Monday, June 7th (10-11 p.m. ET) on NBC  -  From Academy Award-winning writer Christopher McQuarrie (“The Usual Suspects”), who is executive-producing with Heather McQuarrie, and executive producer Rémi Aubuchon, comes “Persons Unknown,” a one-hour mystery drama in which a group of seven strangers must come together to solve the puzzle of their lives.
