Lazone Randolph is Executive Chef of Brennan’s Restaurant, New Orleans. Chef Randolph has been training for culinary stardom for decades. He began his career at Brennan's in 1965. Fresh out of New Orleans’ Carver High School, he worked with Brennan’s great European Chef Paul Blange, who is credited with inventing Bananas Foster. Chef Lazone’s acclaim has frequently taken him outside The Big Easy. He’s served as guest chef at the U.S. Embassy in London and at London’s Hotel Meridian for an extended period. He has appeared on numerous cooking shows, including the Food Network, Travel Channel, local morning shows and the Public Broadcasting Station WYES.
