Stephanie Ashcroft - "March Madness Snacks"
Nothing will bring a group of people together better than delicious food and a close ballgame. With March Madness just around the corner, it is the perfect time to begin thinking about fast and filling game-day options for hungry fans. Stephanie Ashcraft, NYT Best-Selling Author, creates crowd pleasing recipes on a budget and in a flash using Casa Di Bertacchi Meatballs and Byron’s BBQ, both available at local Sam’s Club stores. Ashcraft offers numerous recipe suggestions that are sure to be a big hit for the game and but not on the pockets. Since people are constantly re-evaluating how they feed themselves and their families during these economic times, this is a perfect opportunity to show that affordable entertaining options don’t have to sacrifice the fun or flavor. Ashcraft utilizes local club store products to make March Madness party menus delicious and budget-friendly.

Gina Doyle  GM - Tam O'Shanter - Los Angeles
Delighting diners for over eight decades, the Tam O'Shanter is Los Angeles' oldest restaurant operated by the same family in the same location. It has been said that our customers are willing to dance a jig for the fine food and old world atmosphere of this cozy Tudor inn. If you've got some Scottish ancestry, you might even find your family tartan among the extensive collection which decorates the walls of our several dining rooms.

Paul Kronenberg - President Family Winemakers of CA
Latest tasting was held in Pasadena, CA  yesterday and Mike Horn was in attendance. Since it’s founding in 1991, Family Winemakers of California has presented an Annual Tasting. Originally, the Tasting was developed as a trade-only event; an opportunity for member-wineries and California’s wine trade to gather together and talk about the issues foremost in the minds of industry members while tasting great wine. Because FWC represented the smaller wineries the tasting was a unique opportunity to showcase the winemaking craftsmanship of vintners from across the state.  The original event at the Sheraton Palace Hotel featured 46 wineries and with each Annual Tasting, its reputation as one of the finest opportunities to taste a broad, cross section of California wines grew. And the size of the tasting grew. Each year more wineries chose to attend and pour wines. More restaurateurs, retailers, distributors and media converged on the tasting. The Annual Tasting quickly became one of the most anticipated wine events in California. How times have changed since 1991.
