This May, just in time for National Burger Month (including National Burger Day on May 28th) and Memorial Day, Tim Love is transforming the ordinary hamburger into a juicier, more delicious summer staple. Tim’s secret tip? Mixing mayonnaise into the burger meat to help lock in moisture on the grill.
