9/23 Riverbench Vineyard & Winery, Tips On Making Great Coffee, Steve Evans: The Movie Guy!

What's Cookin' Today

General Manager Of Winery Division Riverbench Vineyard and Winery, Laura Mohseni Joins Us To Talk About Some Great Deals On Some Great Wines

The 2011 season has been one of the most memorable and we have not only just gotten started! The relatively cool season has made farming a challenge and the vines have been confused as to where to put their energy. Our heat wave this week should really get things rolling! Beyond all of the viticulture and farming, the extended season and small berry size will likely prove to be great for the wine. Pounds of fruit per vine is lower than average years and typically we see extraordinary complexity in wines from vintages like this. We brought in the first grapes for our sparkling wines a week ago, but still have a few weeks until we get into the busy harvest season. Here's hoping for some warmer, dryer weather to ripen the clusters without bunch rot forming. Curious about our vineyard? Have a burning question for Jim Stollberg, our vineyard manager?

Our favorite summertime sipping wine is almost gone, so we've got a warm weather deal for you! Right now, order our 4 Bottle Bundle of 2009 Bedrock Chardonnay for only $72! When you want something light and refreshing, this easy drinking white is just the thing. Crisp and fruity, our Bedrock Chardonnay is a true showcase of our Riverbench Chardonnay with no oak influence at all. Enjoy it as a sipping wine poolside on one of those warm days to come. Order now. Also, our gift merchandise is now on our website! Throw in a logo t-shirt or wine opener with your order, or try one of our fun gift packs.
