And he’s firing up the grill just in time to let your viewers in on all the great grilling secrets for a fantastic 4th of July celebration!! Browne’s not just a guy who grills, he’s a grilling expert who’s been entertaining TV audiences for decades! There isn’t anything he can’t grill and barbecue, and his dishes are legendary, like “Alice Springs Ostrich Medallions” and Mango-Coconut Flan.” Oh…And he makes a mighty darn good hot dog, too!

Travel expert and author Chris McGinnis has tracked travel trends since 1987 in a variety of roles, from travel correspondent on CNN Headline News and The Weather Channel to travel columnist for the Atlanta Journal-Constitution and Entrepreneur Magazine. He blogs about frequent travel for the San Francisco Chronicle website, was the editor of Expedia Travel Trendwatch, a quarterly report on consumer travel trends, insight and tips from Expedia.com, is a contributor to CNN On-The-Go, a series of television segments covering travel news and trends that airs on CNN, HLN and CNN, and hits the roads and the skies frequently as a speaker and consultant. He is currently the in-call travel expert for a variety of television and radio news programs, from Good Morning America to Fox News. Chris is also the author of The Unofficial Business Traveler’s Pocket Guide and 202 Tips Even the Best Business Travelers May Not Know. Before focusing on business travel, Chris was a management consultant and corporate trainer, logging over 100,000 frequent flyer miles a year. Lazone Randolph is Executive Chef of Brennan’s Restaurant, New Orleans. Chef Randolph has been training for culinary stardom for decades. He began his career at Brennan's in 1965. Fresh out of New Orleans’ Carver High School, he worked with Brennan’s great European Chef Paul Blange, who is credited with inventing Bananas Foster. Chef Lazone’s acclaim has frequently taken him outside The Big Easy. He’s served as guest chef at the U.S. Embassy in London and at London’s Hotel Meridian for an extended period. He has appeared on numerous cooking shows, including the Food Network, Travel Channel, local morning shows and the Public Broadcasting Station WYES.  As one-half of the “BBQ Queens,” Judith Fertig has appeared in Cooking Light, Vegetarian Times, Better Homes & Gardens, Saveur, Mary Emmerling's Home Companion, Cooking Pleasures, Country Living, Kansas City Home Design, The New York Times, The London Sunday Times, the former Taste Magazine in London, and the James Beard Award-winning The Kansas City Star.

Her newest cookbooks are Weeknight Grilling with the BBQ Queens and The BBQ Queens’ Big Book of Barbecue. · Favorite foods to grill: hamburgers (68%), steak (48%), and chicken pieces (43%).
· 93% of grill owners say beef burgers are their favorite. With turkey (13%) and veggie (7%) burgers competing for the second spot.
· Favorite burger toppings: onions (65%), lettuce (61%), tomatoes (58%), ketchup (58%), and pickles (50%).
