Geller, who is the official spokesperson for Kosher.com and who was hailed "A Kosher Rachael Ray" by The Miami Herald, features a recipe for Samosa Latkes in her new book, a flavorful ethnic spin on traditional potato latkes blending curry and peas, potatoes, onions, eggs and matzoh meal. According to Geller, there is an unprecedented number of Kosher ethnic restaurants and food companies that are now selling Kosher ethnic spices such as curry and cardamom.  "All the mainstream companies like Nestle are seeing the value of putting kosher certified on their products so now we have an opportunity to try all these different cuisines. We can cook outside the box of traditional Kosher cuisine. Kosher consumers’s palettes can taste food from the far east and now want to recreate them in our own home," says Geller.  And that's what Geller does in her new cookbook, which features an Indian spin on a Chanukah menu that blends Indian spices such as Cardamom, curry  and tumeric in the following suggested menu:
