Stephen Richards Delicious Meets Nutritious: Guide to Cooking with Xagave
Xagave is a wonderful sweetener and food that will help you achieve your health goals, whether it be weight loss, improved digestion, more energy or enhanced immune system. There are differences in Agave nectars, and not all are created equal. The following should give you a quick overview and understanding of why ours is so special and different from anything on the market. We believe that it should be the only sweetener in your diet. We are 100% confident that you will taste and feel the difference. Here are a few facts to help you understand why our nectar is unto a class of it's own. A unique and special blend of the nectars derived from Agave Tequiliana (Blue Agave) and Agave Salmiana (White Agave) plants. This proprietary, premium blend provides the best tasting, best cooking qualities, most versatile and healthiest product on the market. No other product has the same concentration of calcium and inulin and our nectar is the only product on the market with a standardized inulin content. And unlike other Blue Agave based nectars ours has a very neutral sweet taste, making it truely the complete sugar replacement. Once you have tasted and cooked with Xagave, we are sure that you will agree that it is truly something special and that no other brand can compare. The agave plants takes about 7 to 8 years to mature and the plants we use are grown under strict guidelines that meet USDA organic certification requirements. The farms and processing facility are part of a co-op of 700 farmers -- we purchase our nectar from farmers that we know -- not in the open market and we believe in fair trade and pay a fair price for the product. We know where our agave comes from and who grows it and the standards utilized.
