Bobbie Greenfield - Beverly Hills Brownie

After a successful career as a marketing executive and entrepreneur, founder Bobbie Greenfield found herself facing the severe economic challenges that plagued Corporate America in the depths of the recent recession. Looking for a way to de-stress and re-energize, she turned more and more to her favorite pastime – baking from old family recipes and experimenting to create her own unique baked goods. In 2009, after perfecting her own signature brownie recipe, Bobbie decided to transition her at-home hobby of baking brownies into a full force commercial venture.

First launching the Beverly Hills Brownie Company online, Bobbie found herself living the American Dream by crafting a truly American dessert using primarily U.S.-sourced ingredients and growing a successful business. With the opening of the Beverly Hills Brownie Company flagship boutique bakery, Bobbie’s vision is to grant the sugar-craving public access to the highest-quality confections and to take home their very own piece of the famed landmark town.
