“He Barks and He Barks and He Barks” – New York City dog guru Justin Silver helps a new mother whose pampered four-legged “baby” must adjust to a new role as a dog. Justin also works with a K-9 officer whose partner is transitioning to retirement as his family’s full-time pet, and he makes a couple realize that their mixed messages are what’s causing their dog’s constant barking and aggression, on DOGS IN THE CITY, to be broadcast Wednesday, June 6 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

From 2007-2009 he taught at Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. Prior to that, he was the wine instructor for the Culinary Arts Department of the Art Institute of California — Los Angeles for seven years and is a founding partner of the educational Wine Vine and Dine, which conducts programs throughout Southern California and Wine Discoveries.
