Felicity will discuss the endless possibilities that salad making offers and how we can open our bowls and minds to make the absolute perfect salad for ourselves. She will share some of her favorite concoctions and encourage others to explore taste combinations to find their perfect creation. Lastly, she will talk about her work with Feeding America, the nation's leading domestic hunger-relief charity. We will have some tasty, quick and easy recipes displayed on set including: Felicity's Fabulously French Dijon Chicken Salad; Felicity's Extra Zesty Insalata Caprese; Layered Watermelon, Tomato and Mixed Greens Salad w/Feta; 2-Minute Southwest Gazpacho and Caramelized Onion Pizza and Sweet Baby Lettuces.

“He Barks and He Barks and He Barks” – New York City dog guru Justin Silver helps a new mother whose pampered four-legged “baby” must adjust to a new role as a dog.  Justin also works with a K-9 officer whose partner is transitioning to retirement as his family’s full-time pet, and he makes a couple realize that their mixed messages are what’s causing their dog’s constant barking and aggression, on DOGS IN THE CITY, to be broadcast Wednesday, June 6 (8:00-9:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.
 

DR JOEL FISHER 

Joel M. Fisher, PhD writes or has written for the Culinary Connection of the Chefs de Cuisine Association of California, for the Beverly Hills Courier, and since 2010 for the Underground Wine Letter. From 2007-2009  he taught at Cordon Bleu in Pasadena. Prior to that, he was the wine instructor for the Culinary Arts Department of the Art Institute of California — Los Angeles for seven years and is a founding partner of the educational Wine Vine and Dine, which conducts programs throughout Southern California and Wine Discoveries. Net. A Sommelier for the Escoffier Association of Southern California, he is also a member of The Tasting Panel (formerly the Bon Appetit Tasting Panel) and is a Wine Host for CRN’s What’s Cooking Show.

BARRY FARBER is a writer, journalist, nationally syndicated talk show host, Army veteran, and advocate for Jewish charities. In 1991, Farber won the title of "Talk Show Host of The Year," and he was recently named among the top 10 radio talk hosts of all time by Talkers Magazine. Farber's books include "How to Learn Any Language", which is the leading book in that field world-wide.
