Alessia Botturi - Italian Sommelier Association
A professionally qualified sommelier of the Italian Sommelier Association, with an additional master in professional wine tasting techniques. She is currently pursuing the CSW qualification of the Society of Wine Educators. She was born and raised in Italy, where she started her career, working for various years in event planning, cooperating with restaurants, hotels and catering companies. She speaks several languages, including English, Italian, German and French and has traveled in four continents, always researching and learning from the different traditions and cultures. In 2006 she relocated to Los Angeles where she translated the book “Food&Wine” into English for the Italian Sommelier Association: the book is used worldwide by the association for courses and seminars. She is the Southern California Sales Manager for a boutique wine importer, also featuring her own Italian wine selection called "Alessia Botturi Selections". Alessia is a member of the Italian Sommelier Association, and the Society of Wine Educators, as well as the City Club on Bunker Hill.

Hollywood Film and TV Star Lori Loughlin to Share Tips to Help Parents Make Quick, Easy and Nutritious Meals. TV star Lori Loughlin is a New York native who launched to stardom after playing the character of Rebecca “Becky” Donaldson Katsopolis in the long-running family sitcom “Full House” (1988-1995). Loughlin also starred in the hit TV series “Summerland” (alongside platinum-selling recording artist Jesse McCartney).On the silver screen, she played roles in such movies as the thriller “The New Kids” (1985), the romantic comedy “Secret Admirer” (1985, opposite C. Thomas Howell and Kelly Preston), “Rad” (1986), the Frankie Avalon-Annette Funicello retro-romp “Back to the Beach” (1987), “The Night Before” (1988, along side Keanu Reeves), “Suckers” (1999) and “Critical Mass” (2000). Her next project is the comedy feature “Old Dogs” in which she stars opposite Robin Williams and John Travolta (she plays the latter’s love interest). The film opens Thanksgiving weekend.
