As a writer, producer, and actor, Tom Arnold has established himself to both television and film audiences worldwide, having won such awards as the Peabody Award for writing, and a Golden Globe Award for writing and producing. Additionally, he helped put Fox Sports Network on the map with his hosting duties on “BEST DAMN SPORTS SHOW PERIOD.” Arnold cornered the market on playing the resident comic relief in films like “NINE MONTHS” with Hugh Grant, Julianne Moore, and Robin Williams, James Cameron’s “TRUE LIES” with Arnold Schwarzenegger, “HERO” with Dustin Hoffman, and “AUSTIN POWERS: INTERNATIONAL MAN OF MYSTERY” with Mike Myers.

Katherine Brooking is a Registered Dietitian with a Master’s Degree in Nutrition Education from Columbia University. She specializes in working with broadcast, print and e-media to provide credible and practical nutrition information to consumers. She has appeared as a nutrition expert on top-tier national morning shows and news programs, as well as on local affiliate stations across the country. She is also a frequent contributor to CBS2 News This Morning and Fox’s Good Day New York. Recently Katherine was the nutrition expert for the “Staff Fitness Challenge” on ABC’s Live with Regis and Kelly, providing helpful tips for their nationwide audience and helping six of the show’s producers to lose a total of over 75 pounds.

St. Supery Vineyards & Winery is owned by the Skalli family of France. Robert Skalli's family has made wine for several generations in South of France. While traveling in Napa Valley during the 1970s, Robert was inspired to create an estate winery in Napa Valley to make wines of distinct and respectable character.

The wine columnist for the Culinary Connection of the Chefs de Cuisine Association of California. He was a Contributing Editor of Patterson's Beverage Journal. From 1999 to 2006 he was a wine instructor for the Culinary Arts Department of the Art Institute of California-Los Angeles and is a founding partner of the educational Wine Vine and Dine, which conducts programs throughout Southern California.
